  • What materials are used?

    Panties are made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex. All the textiles and layers are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified.

    Some of our textiles have also GOTS certification. You can see the materials used in each product page, under the product information.

  • What is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 and GOTS?

    OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100: After passing through strict tests of harmful substances, it cetrifies that the textiles are harmless to human health. To know more, we recommend visit their website here.

    The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS): Verifies the organic status of textiles, from raw material harvesting through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing to labeling.   • Where are the panties made?

    Every stage of the process is made in Europe. The textiles comes from Norway, Netherlands and Hungary, the manufacture is made in Hungary and the direction and logistics are managed from Zürich, Switzerland.

  • How many panties do I need?

    You can use the panties up to 8-12 hours depending on the intensity of your flow.

    For heavy days: minimum 3 panties.

    For the whole period: minimum 5 panties.

    If you use menstruation cup or tampons: minimum 3 panties.

    Comfortable quantity: 7 panties.

    We recommend to renew your period panties after 2-5 years.

  • How to use a period panty?

    1. After receiving the panties, wash it with hand or in washing machine, max 40 C°.

    2. You can use the panty for 8-12 hours, depending on the intensity of your period and your personal preferences. We recommend to try it in a comfortable environment where you can test it and align the panty with your period.

    3. After use, it is important to wash it with COLD water. This will help to prevent permanent stains. We recommend to use a natural soap for stains.

    4. You can hang it to dry or wash it in washing machine for a deeper cleaning. To protect the materials, we recommend to wash it with max 40 C°. You can use a washing bag but it is not mandatory.

    5. Do not use a dryer machine. Instead, you can hang it to dry.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the courier’s website to monitor the status and location of your order delivery.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is in the shipping process, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

Shipping

  • What is your shipping policy?

    All products are shipped by Swiss Post with an Economy shipment.

    Delivery time: normally 3 to 5 business days (depends on Swiss Post).

    Since we ship from Switzerland, there are no customs fees when ordering from MIRAME. You will receive a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

  • What to do if the box is demaged?

    Any demage of packaging must be notified to the service partner immediately, if possible.

    In any case, any justified claim for damage or partial loss concerning delivery must be notified at the latest within 24 hours, not including public holidays, following receipt of the Product by email (info@mirame-underwear.ch).

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    The shipping is FREE on orders over 80 CHF.

    Below 80 CHF, the shipping costs are 6.90 CHF.

    We accept various payment methods including TWINT and Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

    You can also pay with Gift Card. The Gift Card is sent via e-mail after purchase and it doesn't expire. Please note that orders paid with a Gift Card are not eligible for refunds. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and can be applied to a future purchase.

    We offer a 30-day return policy on all our panties. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the panties are in their original condition and packaging.
