Refund policy
You, as customer, have the right to request MIRAME the return (or exchange) of the Product(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. The return must be made by the Customer within 30 days.
We only accept returns of undamaged, clean and unused goods (i.e., goods that have only been worn/tried on as in a retail store), in their original packaging.
If the items returned by the customer are incomplete, damaged or soiled, no refund or exchange will be made by MIRAME.
In the absence of compliance by the Customer with these, MIRAME (Benko Underwear) will not be able to refund the Products concerned.
The return is the responsibility and in expense of the customer. Exception: Where the customer has received an item with a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to his order.
The right of return does not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards that have already been consigned in the user account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any complaint regarding the qualities of the Product must be notified within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product by email to (info@mirame-underwear.ch). Any claim made after this period will be rejected and MIRAME will be released from any responsibility.
In the event of a defect found, MIRAME will proceed according to its nature to:
- An exchange at its expense, or
- In the form of gift card amounting to the price of the defective product(s), or
- The reshipment of the missing Product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the returned items.
The returned Product will be refunded within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from its receipt by MIRAME.
However, the refund is subject to the fact that MIRAME has been able to recover the Products concerned and that the conditions set elsewhere are met.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 15 business days.

How to proceed with a refund
To start a return, you can submit a return request in you MIRAME account under 'Orders'.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
