Delivery
Free shipping on orders over 80 CHF
Below 80 CHF, the shipping costs are 6.90 CHF.
Orders are delivered through Swiss Post PostPac Economy. You will receive a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.
Delivery time: normally 2 to 5 business days after the parcel has been handed over to Swiss Post.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or other day recognised as a public holiday by the Law are automatically postponed to the first following working day.
At the moment, we only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Since we ship from Switzerland, there are no customs fees when ordering from MIRAME. Your order will be delivered by Swiss Post and you will receive a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.
Are considered as cases of force majeure relieving the merchant of his obligation to deliver, fire, pandemic, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied MIRAME undertakes to keep the Client informed of the aforementioned cases of force majeure.
In any case, delivery can only be made if the Client (the Buyer) has fulfilled its obligations towards the merchant.
Delivery Address
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Client at the time and within the framework of his Order. The information provided by the Client, when taking the Order, is binding on the Client.
MIRAME thus declines all liability for defects or delays in delivery in the event of fault attributable to the Client, in the event of unforeseeable and insurmountable act(s) of a third party to the Contract or in the event of force majeure.
- In particular, the indication of an incomplete or incorrect address, or the failure to collect his parcel within the time limits provided for this purpose, is considered to be a fault attributable to the Customer. In such cases, the costs of reshipment will be borne by the Customer.
- A case of force majeure is considered to be an event that is both unforeseen, insurmountable, resulting from external conditions and beyond the control of a person (e.g. natural disasters, diseases or the risk of epidemics).
Anomaly, damage, damaged package
Any reservations about the packaging and, if applicable, the condition of the Products (e.g. open package; damaged packaging) must be notified to the service partner (Swiss Post) immediately, if possible.
In any case, any justified claim for damage or partial loss concerning delivery must be notified at the latest within 24 hours, not including public holidays, following receipt of the Product, otherwise the Client will assume responsibility for the Products delivered.
Right of guarantee and liability of MIRAME
MIRAME declines all responsibility for defects in any way whatsoever in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the Contract due either to the Client's act, or to the insurmountable and unforeseeable act of a third party to the Contract, or to a case of force majeure.
